Dr. Abigail Lee Darling
Dr. Abigail Lee Darling is originally from Acworth, GA. She is a graduate of The University of Georgia, where she studied Biological Sciences. After serving on a mission trip, she was drawn to dentistry as a way to serve others and challenge herself. She then pursued her dental education at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. Upon completing dental school, Dr. Darling completed a one year general practice residency at the Prisma Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC, this is the same post graduate training program that Dr. Kennedy attended after dental school. This hospital based residency provided additional advanced training in procedures not taught in dental school such as dental implant placement, wisdom teeth removal and IV Sedation training.
Dr. Darling is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and South Carolina Dental Association. She intends to get plugged into the Greenville dental community and serve with the Greenville Free Dental clinic in downtown Greenville. She is excited to move to Greenville with her fiance, a Greenville native, and her dog, Peaches.
Dr. Darling is eager to begin her career and serve her patients comprehensively. In her free time, Abby enjoys staying active through running, tennis, workout classes, and yoga. She is frequently going to the lake, football games, and to visit family and friends. Abby enjoys going to church and trying new restaurants. Bella Vista Dental is excited to welcome Dr. Darling to our practice.
